Insurance & Payment Information
Julie provides counseling through the following insurance companies:
Accepting Pinnacol Workers' Compensation and Self Paying Clients
(I no longer accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield)
My fees are generally $160/hr
Insurance Accepted In Network:
If you have Medicaid, I am not able to see you, you must find a Medicaid provider.
If you are looking for an in-network counselor, please call your insurance company or look online to find who is an in-network provider in your area. www.psychologytoday.com
Your insurance plan may have out-of-network (OON) coverage. If it does, you may be able to see me and have part of the session cost reimbursed to you.
1. You pay Julie directly and she provide you with a monthly statement of services (called a superbill).
2. You then submit it (via e-mail, fax, or snail mail) it to your insurance company if you decide to seek reimbursement through your insurance company’s out-of-network coverage.
3. Your insurance company will process the superbill and will apply the amount you’ve paid to chip away at your deductible;
4. Or, they will reimburse you a percentage if you’ve already met the deductible.
PLEASE NOTE: Julie A Martin PLLC makes no guarantees that you’ll receive reimbursement (or the amount) from your insurance company. You are responsible for all fees the insurance company doesn't cover.
What if I don’t know if my insurance plan has out-of-network coverage?
